Nutrition Coaching

Whether you want a full meal plan, some simple tips, or help navigating emotional or binge eating, I’ll meet you where you’re at and guide you toward your goals—fat loss, muscle gain, or simply feeling better.

I can help with:

Training

My specialty is strength training, but I also have a background in running and cycling. Whether you’re training at a gym or at home, I’ll create a program tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and preferences.

You’ll get:

  • A fully customized workout plan

  • Strength, cardio, or daily movement goals (or a mix)

  • Clear instructions for each exercise

  • Video demos linked through YouTube

  • At-home or gym-based options

Accountability

Each week, we’ll hop on a quick check-in call (15–30 minutes) to review:

  • How you’re doing physically and mentally

  • What went well

  • What could improve

  • Any adjustments we need to make to your gameplan

Progress Tracking (Optional)

Some clients love tracking everything. Others don’t. We’ll do what works for you.

If you want to track, you can:

  • Log workouts using the free Hevy app (I can view your progress)

  • Track food (all meals, protein only, or not at all—up to you)

  • Log your weight (optional)

  • Upload weekly progress photos (optional)

Ongoing Support

You’ll have unlimited text access to me throughout the week. Ask questions, share wins, or get quick support anytime you need it.

Time Commitment

This is flexible and tailored to your lifestyle.

Some examples of simple daily habits:

  • Eat an apple with breakfast

  • Take a 10-minute walk

  • Add protein to each meal

For those ready to commit more time:

  • Strength training (2–6x/week, 30–45 min sessions)

  • Food tracking (~5 minutes/day)

  • Daily cardio/movement (~10+ minutes/day)

  • Weekly check-in call (15–30 minutes)
